Getting ready for picture day at school: 

Austin and Andrew eat Hibachi for the first time. Not surprisingly (and on purpose) they were enthralled with the fire and dinner theatrics so the parents could enjoy a little Japanese.

A little late than never with these posts….

Over President’s Day weekend Aunt Kelly and Grandma and Grandpa Kleinfelter came to visit and we went to the New Hope Children’s Museum. Oh the things you never see or even realize exist before you have kids….Andrew seemed to really enjoy himself. Shockingly he let me dress him up in the costumes; so of course I proceeded to use him as a mannequin for my own enjoyment. His favorites were the slide and the driving the ambulance. Daddy’s favorite part were the beers at Triumph Brewery afterwards.

I give Andrew 3 years before he knows more about technology than me. #prouddaddy

  It’s the best. 

Step 1: Turn on your Roomba. 

 That’s it. Andrew is OBSESSED with the Roomba and refuses to let it out of his sight, even when it’s off. I’m not sure if it’s due to curiosity, excitement or even fear, but it works. Every time. It’s a triple win; I get dressed without him playing with shampoo, Drano, toilet paper, trash- basically all non toys in our bathroom, he gets to follow the Roomba and my floors get cleaned. #winning.

Me: ‘Come on Andrew, lets take a picture and send it to Daddy.’

Him: ‘Seriously mom? Again?!’

Him: ‘Ok, fine. Is this what you’re looking for? Cheese!’

There is a lot of attitude coming from this little man recently. I blame Andy.

… Who actually uses those car shaped carts at the grocery store? It’s Andrew.
