Today Andy starts his new job! After nearly&nbsp;9 years at Tamale (which would become Advent), Andy has finally decided it was time for a new adventure. He is joining Backstop Solutions as their new Vice President of Solutions Consulting. While I couldn&#8217;t be happier for him, I know saying goodbye to the company he had poured himself into was bitter sweet.
