Dapper Derby Dude
Several friends and family joined us for a Kentucky Derby party on Saturday. What a great excuse to celebrate spring, see friends and enjoy a mint julep or two. Not too many pictures from the day but I think that’s the sign of a good party. Thanks everyone who made the trek. Hopefully we start a new Phillips family tradition! Andrew looked quite cute in his seersucker and bow tie.
Andy lead the horse betting and Andrea was ironically the big winner!

RUMMAGE!
The neighboring town near our house hosts a biannual rummage sale. People travel from far and wide for this event which has dozens of tents filled with everything from baby clothes to homegoods to antiques to jewelry. I love it and it really gets my bargain loving, DIY juices flowing. I got a few good deals on things but this baby Adirondack chair for Andrew might just be my favorite! Only $6!

It’s not Andy or me. It’s the guy sleeping horizontal in a king size bed all by himself.

Apples were a much bigger hit than carrots. Shocking.
